Group 2 : Raelene thought wed try something a bit different for group two. Some interval training, technique training, and time trial. So, for interval training well start with hill repeats on Wallaceville Hill Road. (rest going down). We will do 4-5 repeats. This will also be an opportunity for riders to practice their descent technique. Raelene will take you through technique for ascent and descent before the ride. Then well do a short time trial. We can repeat the time trial in 6 weeks to see how well we have all improved. The time trial will be from Wallaceville Church to Short Straw cafe corner, well have riders staggered so its safe. G2 riders to make sure they have their computers with them and charged on the day so they can time themselves (or a reliable watch). :-) Then we will have a leisurely ride back through the valley, down Wallaceville Hill for a well needed coffee ... or two at Wicked Espresso.
