9/10/2014 Day 1 Feeling good and happy. Its my 11th day in the row at work. Energy levels are fine, a bit over worked with double shift and running around crazy at afternoon. Also, trying to fit in a workout was hard but I managed to do it. Here is my workout for the day: Biked around on a bmx for 10km in the morning. Afternoon workout: Squats x 100reps Inverse row x 100 reps Push ups close grip x50 reps Pull ups (reverse grip) x 25 Kettle bell swings (16kgs) x 75 reps Hand stands x 3 sets x 30 sec Shoulder press x 40 reps All exercises done in multiple sets until the number of set reps are finished. Nutrition: 7:30 am Cucumber, spinach, tomatoes, and grapefruit salad 9:30 juice: apple, spinach, celery, parsley, 10:30 Drank 500ml of water infused with natural mint 11:15am 4 bananas 12:15am 100g soaked pumpkin seeds and 100 g of alfalfa sprouts 2:30 pm 6 bananas 6pm 5 pears and 5 mandarins Bananas helped to acquire the calories as I worked double shift and exercised twice today.
