9/11 Victims Betrayed: Our Govt. Downgrades Defenses Against Their Murderers Posted by Myrnalynn Bennett on September 11, 2013 at 7:30pm On this 12th anniversary of the 9/11 attack, we should not only remember that horrendous event—we should be aware of our response to it in recent years. Imagine if, a few years after Pearl Harbor, our own government declared that criticism of Nazis should be considered Germanophobia; imagine if, during the War, a man of German extraction had been advanced to high position in the Army and completely ignored, even after communicating repeatedly with a virulent Nazi in Germany who had links to the Pearl attackers, a Nazi who had communicated with German-Americans, encouraging them to commit violence in the United States. What if J. Edgar Hoover had met with Nazi activists in America and given them the right to review all our defense manuals—both armed forces and covert—then purged them of all references to Nazism, bunds, and Hitler? Those things could only happen in a nation gone mad, a nation that wanted to lose its war with the Axis powers. Well, kiddies these very acts have occurred in America since 9/11. Claire Berlinski revealed how the word “Islamophobia” was utilized by the International Institute for Islamic Thought, based in Virginia. Abdur-Rahman Muhammad, a onetime member who witnessed the event, is quoted thus: “Abdur-Rahman Muhammad, a former member of the IIIT who has renounced the group in disgust, was an eyewitness to its adoption of the word. ‘This loathsome term is nothing more than a thought-terminating cliche conceived in the bowels of Muslim think tanks for the purpose of beating down critics.’” The Daily Caller reported that Washington State Rep. Jim McDermott penned a letter to the FBI director saying an FBI “ad featuring sixteen photos of wanted terrorists is not only offensive to Muslims and ethnic minorities, but it encourages racial and religious profiling.” Could anyone make such a ludicrous statement and honestly mean it? The answer is a resounding “H*** no!” We can assign no other possible motive for making it but the desire to sap us of the will to fight our enemy. dailycaller/2013/06/20/offensive-to-muslims-dem-congress... As we all know, “Major” Nidal Hasan was promoted even after he had made his Jihadist sentiments abundantly clear in a number of bizarre incidents, reported in the New York Times. nytimes/2009/11/09/us/09reconstruct.html?pagewanted=... Now, frontpagemag accuses the FBI of dereliction of duty in not acting on e-mails intercepted between Hasan and Anwar al-Awlaki: “Appearing on CBS News last Thursday, Mueller was asked if his agency “dropped the ball.” ”No, I think, given the context of the discussions and the situation that the agents and the analysts were looking at, they took appropriate steps,” he responded. “Mueller’s statements are shocking in light of the mountain of evidence showing FBI dereliction of duty, which is now finally getting the media attention it deserves…. “On February 16, 2012 the Washington Post revealed that the FBI met with a coalition of Muslim groups eight days earlier to consider a proposal that “a coalition of Muslim and interfaith groups … establish a committee of experts to review materials used in FBI anti-terrorism training.” Those meeting with Mueller included the Muslim Brotherhood front groups the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), despite its listing by the Justice Department as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 2008 Holy Land Foundation terrorism-funding trial, and the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC).” “Former Congressman Allen West (R-FL) made a stir at the time for characterizing the purge as ‘cultural suicide’” I say a nation taking these actions after having been attacked is bent on its own destruction.
