Chatting in English through Skype has been made to those people who would like to improve their oral English or who seldom to have a chance to speak in English. The concept is to allow students to chat with others through Skype conversation. The operation actually depends on the no. of participants. It could be in an individual base (2 ppl) and/or in a group form. At this stage, perhaps you can tell what is your preference and provide a time-slot to me.
