9/29/13 - Game 21 - Great weather, great game. Frank M got the party started with a 2 run homer for the Home Brownskers. Frank would finish a nice day at the plate with 6 RBI. Bob Farr stroked career double #401 for the Away Brownskers. The score stayed close into later innings until the Homes put together a nice rally in the bottom of the 9th and appeared to be pulling away. But in the top of the 10th, down 5 runs, the Aways loaded the bases for Brian Brown who doubled down the left field line, scoring 2. The next batter was Paul Fallon who launched the baseball over the scoreboard for a dramatic 3R game-tying home run. The Homes would answer with 2 more runs and reclaim the lead to win a barn-biter / nail-burner, 12-10. The indestructible Fred Mann played third for the Homes, never having missed a start after a scary injury.
