Notice the massive chem trails in the various streams of moisture. There is no old jet stream, none. The other stream of moisture is coming up from, again, Mexico??? Very dry areas??? and because of the hot high pressure around us in the NW, this moisture is being sent inland to Canada - towards GREENLAND (for gosh sakes!)
