9 Nov. 2014: Meeting at Discover Islam Baguio Assalam Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa barakatu! Imam Bedejim Abdullah conducted a meeting at the DIB center to discuss about the upcoming 10 days Islamic Exhibit at the University of Cordillera, Harrison Road Baguio City from Nov. 11, 2014 to Nov.20, 2014 Agenda of the meeting: a) Registration of Volunteers (starts this afternoon) for the purpose of providing the event ID b) The event ID is required by the administration of the University (collection of ID will be on Nov. 11, 2014 ... 8:00 am at DIB office. c) The event starts from 8 AM to 5 PM. One can stay 1/2 day or whole day according to his/her availability d) cooperation is needed from BISWA members and muslim students (foreign and locals) of the University of Cordillera e) Officers in charge are from the DIB * Over-All Coordinator - Imam Bedejm Abdullah * Posters and pamphlets coordinator- Jamil C. Magalong Jr. * Videographer - Adnan Gamon * in-charge of Audio Visual - Yahya N. Nueva * External affairs coordinator - Amir Amir f) Proper attire for everybody g) Male volunteers attend to males and females attend to females a. Do not hesitate to ask assistance from the proper person if not sure to answer correctly. h) Volunteers are provided with free lunch and snacks , transportation is available thru DIB, otherwise one can go directly with the event ID to UC Harrison road.
