9 years old girl came with sudden onset of Large hematoma over scalp at Left parieto occipital area without any trauma....No history of Fever, No history of drug intake, No history of bleeding from any other site, No past history of bleeding..Examination was normal except a huge hematoma.. Investigations showed thrombocytopenia (Platelet count 80,000) with Normal coagulation profile......what is your diagnosis and how to treat ????
