#907 My daughter is lying to me about her boyfriend. He hits her. (And before you ask if she did something to deserve it- no. He drinks, and hes a jerk when he does.) Shes 18, and wont listen to me about her situation. He hit her a few days ago and left a bruised face, but she lied and told me she fell on the ice. I fear she stays with him because he constantly tells her shes fat and ugly and she believes him (Shes none of these). Its his way of controlling her. Hes stripped her of her confidence and her friends. She reads these confessions and I just need her to see that others think the same way I do- he will do it again, its not your fault! Get out of this relationship. He always says sorry, and it still happens.
