#9566-For some months now I started that the energy levels in my project has been low. I was getting very frustrated and 2 days back I fixed a talk with my project manager and told him that I do not see the high energy in the project as I did an year back and I want to roll off because of this. I kept venting out my frustration for 10 minutes. My project manager kept listening to this. After I stopped talking my project manager leaned forward and said I am sorry about this. I guess I am to blame. I was kind of confused by his reaction. Then he told me something that shocked me. He said that he had got a CRR 3 in the beginning of the year and has since felt very low. He had been given a forced CRR 3 even though he had worked hard during the cycle.Unconsciously he had let his low energy levels impact the project members too. He said he will try to change this and requested me to stay for a couple of months and see. After that if I feel the energy levels in the project are still low he would roll me off. He said by suddenly moving people from the project we will impact client work and in turn impact Infosys reputation. I was dumb founded and forgot all my frustration. Here there is a person who has been treated unfairly by the company and he still has the ethics to look at the companys benefit. I am totally giving 2 more months, not because of Infosys but because I now respect him. Infosys please get some sense to not force people in CRR 3s. You may save some money but in turn hurt some good people.
