9am 14 August - Deadline for your feedback on Victorian puppy factory legislation RSPCA would like to see the end of intensive breeding facilities for our companion animals, however, in the absence of government legislating to close them down, we should - at a minimum -have good welfare standards as mandatory codes. This latest draft of the code for breeding establishments (puppy factories) has worse standards than the previous draft in May 2013. Until 9am 14 August you have the opportunity to provide feedback.
