A 36 year old gospel singer NOBANDLA MANGISA has died ina car accident on the N2 between Butterworth n East London in the Eastern Cape. NOBANDLA was travelling to Cofimvaba on the N2 from Butterworth to attend on overnight vigil for the mother of one of her backing singers who was to be buried on Sunday. Her brother said his sister had hitched a lift in a Toyota Avanza. The accident happened at about 6pm just before the Ndabakazi junction. There was seriously injered people but she was the only one who died said her brother. Her Father says family is still trying to come to terms with the sudden death of theri beloved sister,mother and daughter. Gospel artists including:Lusanda Mcinga,Kholeka Sosimo,Betusile Mcinga,Blessed men as well music promoter Siyabonga Holly man Ndumbu expressed shock at her untimely death. So young a soul lost in this manner said Lusanda Mcinga There were artists that looked upon her role model. There was assisting the developing young artists. Lusanda Mcinga who was travelling from King Williams Town to Mthatha after the accident supported to NOBANDLAS family members. Blessed men Mnqweno Songelwa said they were all shocked at the death of the woman who establised theri group(Blessed men) She was a mother to us she had supported us.But we must,even if we are troumatised welcome Gods decision said Mnqweno She is survived by her 3 Children,3 siblings and both parents..........
