A 45-year-old, Albuquerque, N.M., man has been charged with extreme animal cruelty following the squeezing death of a puppy. The family of the alleged puppy killer, Marshall Aragon, contacted the authorities after the three-month-old Chihuahua died. Aragon allegedly attacked the pup after discovering that his couch had been chewed upon. According to a witness, the puppy was grabbed by the neck and Aragon squeezed until the pup was motionless. The pup died a horrific death following Aragons attack. As a result of the 250 pound mans assault the puppy was reported to have sustained broken bones and ruptured organs.
