A BIG day in the Lionhead community and VP Valley Farm Rabbitry! Today the Lionhead rabbit officially became the 48th recognized breed of the American Rabbit Breeders Association. I was the writer for THE first youth show as a breed in the United States. Also, Patty Rupell Smiths daughter Kaitlin got BOSB with her Sr. REW in the first youth Lionhead show! My REW doe, L&Ds Cozette got 5/11 in the open show Also, very proud of my homebred buck VP Valleys Finn for getting Best of Variety and Best Exhibition rabbit! Then, in the MARCS Specialty show, Cozette got 3rd Sr. Doe and Finn got BOSV and his full sister owned by Patty got BOV! Great day! Pictured is Judge Jay Hreiz, Rob and I with Finn after his wins!
