A BIT OF JESUS EACH DAY- DAY 356 LUKE 6: 39-42 INNER LOOK INTO OURSELVES It’s always important that we pay attention to our inner selves. There is a lot we can discover about ourselves if we will sit down and reflect. The temptation is that we are sometimes too quick to help others discover themselves whiles being too slow as regards self-discovery. The truth remains that we see better when we have removed the wooden beams in our eyes. Don’t be too quick to judge others because who knows: the wooden beams in your eyes could obscure an objective judgment. Rather than spend time and energy busily criticizing and condemning others, in silent prayer, reflect on your own life and see how to be a better person. All is well.
