Most recently, this industrious drummer formed a new band, California Breed, with Glenn Hughes and Andrew Watt. Jason Hook June 6th 3:30 PM–4:30 PM JASON HOOK Presented by: Gibson Cutting his teeth in bands such as Monkeyhead and BulletBoys, Jason Hook established himself on tour with Mandy Moore and as a popular L.A. session player. Gigs with the Vince Neil Band and Alice Cooper led to a solo project that involved Phil Demmel from Machine Head and members of Five Finger Death Punch. Jason joined Five Finger Death Punch in 2009 and has been rocking hard with the groove metal group ever since. Devin Townsend June 7th 1:00 PM–2:00 PM DEVIN TOWNSEND Presented by: Toontrack From 1994 to 2007, extreme metal guitarist Devin Townsend spent his time shocking the world as the frontman of Strapping Young Lad and The Devin Townsend Band. From there, he pursued a broad solo career in which he explored many different styles of music and developed the trademark production style hes known for today. Devins creative approach to multitrack mixing has placed him among the ranks of Phil Spector and Frank Zappa.
