A/C has been out for 12 days now... the average temperature has been about 86° and the highest temp has been 97°. My grandfather, who pays $800/year for the warranty, is an 86-year-old veteran with heart disease. Sears has been out 3 times now with no fix, and they refuse to replace the failing unit. Dont do business with Sears. This has happened three of the past four summers, and each time weve been without A/C between 1 and 3 weeks. Again, dont do business with Sears.
