A CHILD STRUGGLING TO ACHIEVE A DREAMS An Appeal For: BADDANGAN/BAYANIHAN Posted by Los Chicanos This is Jesser Boccot, 7 years old, of Leseb, Bauko, Mt. Province. She is the fourth child of Mr. James Boccot and Mrs. Concepcion Boccot, both in farming as their livelihood. Jesser is currently suffering from a spinal injury that made her unable to walk caused by an accident when she was 3 years old, She also has a tube inserted in her neck to ease her breathing problem (Tracheostomy). Because of her disability, She wears a diaper everyday. She goes to school with the help of her wheelchair, in her will to finish her studies. Before, Jesser used to write by her mouth, but because of therapy, she can now use her hands with the support of her face to write. She is now in her second elementary grade. Due to insufficient income of her parents to put Jesser into therapy sessions, Jessers therapy has been discontinued, but with our help we can build a bridge for Jessers dreams, and help ease her struggles.
