A COP CONFRONTS LAW ABIDING CITIZENS, WHO ARE SELLING AMMO LEGALLY UNDER THE CONSTITUTION WHO KNOW THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, WHICH SUPERSEDE AND TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER ALL MUNICIPAL, COUNTY, STATE and FEDERAL STATUTES. THESE AMERICANS SELLING AMMO ON THE BLOCK ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING BY NOT COMPLYING WITH THE UNLAWFUL COP. We Americans NEED TO KNOW OUR RIGHTS under the RULE OF OUR Constitutional laws which WE THE PEOPLE and the States ordained and established upon our elected Republican and Democrat Municipal, County, State and Federal Governments. We have been programmed not to know our individual Rights and, indeed, to surrender them. - Capt. Karl ===================================================== California Cop Nearly Left Speechless by Confrontational Pro-Gun Activists’ Response to His Inquiry About ‘Bizarre’ Behavior Jan. 12, 2015 5:39pm Jason Howerton A police officer in Eureka, California, was left nearly speechless after he confronted two pro-gun activists selling .22 caliber ammunition on the street, which he called “bizarre” behavior. The officer was captured on video attempting to identify the individuals for over 15 minutes, but his efforts were unsuccessful. The police officer responded to the scene after reportedly receiving several calls from citizens complaining about the men selling the ammo. One of the pro-gun activists grew immediately confrontational when the officer approached them, refusing to provide any identification or answer any questions, citing his constitutional rights and maintaining that he had broken no laws. “Why are you guys doing this?” the officer asks in the video. “Because we have the right to, sir,” one of the activists responds. “It’s 100 percent legal. Don’t answer any of his questions.” The activists are also heard declining the officer’s request to see their “business license,” claiming they don’t need one. “Absolutely not, sir. Check your law. It’s our constitutional right, you can check it in the city of California laws,” the activist tells the officer in the video. “Ignorance of the law is no excuse,” he later adds. The officer first told the men they can’t “conduct business in the city of Eureka without a business license.” “That’s a city code — you don’t know the law,” the activist shoots back in the video. “Cite the law. … I can sell my personal items as long as I follow the rules of California code. … The supremacy clause of the Constitution says that you cannot make a law that dilutes my constitutional rights.” He then asks the officer for “three forms of identification” to prove that he is an officer of the law. The contentious exchange continues for roughly 15 minutes. At several points in the video, the officer appears to be nearly speechless out of frustration by the activists’ refusal to comply with any of his requests. The video cuts off before the situation is completely resolved, though it didn’t appear that the officer intended to arrest or charge the men. According to LiveLeak, the incident was recorded on Jan. 11. youtu.be/d3oy6CqF42E
