A California man says his complaints over cable service led to his being fired from his job at a consultancy service. Now, Comcast has reportedly issued an apology. Complaint is expected to bring about redress, resolution or improvement in customer-service operations in this regard. But, things got mixed up. Complainants last name was allegedly misspelled. So, he didnt receive bills. Things of this nature happen. Its resolved and corrected, often through the phone. But, losing ones job? Things got out of hand here, and complainant through his attorney says an apology is not enough. Key issue is how it cost customer his job for just complaint to rectify a service anomaly. The apology is sincere. But, this job-loss aspect is just burdensome. Igonikon Jack, USA
