A Challenge. Using the team debate format below, I challenge a team of three to debate my team, which is in favor of this issue which will appear on the November ballot. Shall the establishment and operation of retail marijuana cultivation facilities, retail marijuana product manufacturing facilities, retail marijuana testing facilities and retail marijuana stores (collectively called retail marijuana establishments) be permitted in the City of Cañon City, Colorado subject to the requirements of the colorado retail marijuana code and regulations to be adopted by the council of Cañon City? Read the rules. This is a debate. It isnt a Town Meeting. You can even pick the venue. Will need a moderator, and a venue. This could be a terrific community service.
