A Cowboy walked up to an NDN and said I heard that you can predict weather by dancing? The NDN man looked at the cowboy with a stoic look and said Hmm!! So, the NDN man started to dance, cause he knows its going to rain!! The Cowboy looked at him startled and said So whats the weather going to be like? The NDN man said 50% chance of rain in the next few min.! Well, few min. has gone by and it started to rain...Cowboy looked amazed at the NDN and said Soo, how did you know its going to rain?
