A Floridians take on Vermont: The states painfully quaint capital city, Montpelier, looks like a town found inside a snow globe. It is home to a simple, gold-domed capitol building, which is, more important, just a quick walk away from Chill Vermont Gelato, a tiny storefront that sells the most delicious gelato found this side of the Spanish Steps in Rome, Italy. And the rest is pretty hilarious.
