A GENUINE RABBI “Leadership means becoming an agent of change” even if you are alone and that most of the people around you does not seem to care. In the Teaching World, strange as it may seem, there are those “silent people: who works for the common good. Their acts of kindness most of the time are taken for granted. They are in fact denied of words of thanks specially of those people happened to have “established names” Yet, they still practice “Servant Leadership” in the field. These are the people who unselfishly use their own time, money, and energy to alleviate the status quo in their working stations. They are those people who would try to solve disputes among two co-workers or conflicts between superiors and subordinates. I consider these people my Inspiration in becoming Hopeful in my Chosen career. I see Jesus in them. He exhausted all his resources to bring the Good News for Mankind’s Salvation, yet he was laughed at, rebuked, and was even accused of Blasphemy. These “unsung heroes” in this field. I will forever salute. My heart will in owe for them, for instilling in my mind, heart, and soul that practicing such acts is not that easy, but in doing it, I will gained Genuine Friendship where every teardrop will never be wasted. It is my heart’s desire that someday, when judgment day comes, and when our Creator will asked me what kind of Educator I am when I was still among the living, I would proudly say , that I am worthy to be called an “aficionado of positive Change” and that I am A Genuine RABBI”
