A GREAT, CHEAP, completely random chicken recipe I just made up with what was in my fridge and cupboards. :) One chicken breast A good squeeze of Frenchs mustard About half a cup of beer (I used Miller Lite) Crushed Red Pepper (for heat) A sprinkle of Oregano Black Pepper Garlic Powder Sea Salt About 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil Mix it all together and let the chicken sit in it for about 5-10 min. I cooked it in a skillet bcuz I have no grill. If you cook it on a skillet, I suggest cutting the chicken in strips. It will cook faster and more evenly. Also, to make a great legit meal (STILL CHEAP!!) cook some rice and the chicken will be a great topper. I would have but I dont have my rice cooker :( HOPE YOU ENJOY!! :D
