A Great happiness for Karate Ka’s (Karate Player’s) Dr. Vipin Kr. Sharma, chief guest of Instructor Training Camp says that Karate is not only a mere sport activity but it involves a lot of hardwork and practice to become a perfect and competent Karate - Ka. Mostly people dont know that exactly Karate is and what does it mean. Karate training is a moral training as well as physical one for self defence. It is not only concerned with developing fighting machines. Traditional Karate, taught in the correct way, will enable people to defend themselves, but just an importantly, it will inculcate in them a sense or responsibility, justice and courage which will help them to behave in the correct way. It is important to be aware of this side of Karate - Do training. It aims at the development of a holistic persona. Detective Nitin Kr. Sharma, Bharat Karate Shree and President - All India Karate Federation says that Karate - Do is made up Kara - Empty, Te - Hand and Do mean Way. Karate - Do is a form of physical training, consisting of three elements: Kihon (basic training), Kumite (partner training, combat) and Kata (advanced indoor form techniques). All three elements are equally important and omitting one or other form in Karate training in unthinkable. A serious Karate - Ka (student of Karate - Do) finds Karate - Do not just a way of empty hand fighthing but as a way of life for him or her. Karate - Do cultivates the virtues of humility, concern for others, patience and strength. It develops the mind besides training the body, building muscular strength, agility and endurance. With great happiness he informed the Karate - Ka that under our organization, the students may participate in Karate competitions from District level to National and International level and may complete the Karate game efficiently. If a student gets the membership of this organization, then we will select the students for State level to International level championships. In that selection we will provide TA, DA and fees of the championship. All India Karate Federation Phones: 0091 - 9810392680, 9250519528, 9313176993 e-mail : all_india_karate_federation@yahoo
