A HUGE WELL DONE for getting through Day 1 of your challenge! STAY STRONG team, the first days are the hardest as you go through sugar and caffeine withdrawals but stick with it, it will SO be worth it! Plenty of water, fruit and herbal teas. Heres Tuesdays workout - twice through please, whenever you can fit it into your day, either back to back or once in the morning and once in the evening.
