A Hazleton man who was on the run from a shooting in September was arrested earlier tonight on drug charges. 18 year old Anthony Vega was arrested earlier today in West Hazleton when police pulled him over for speeding on Horn Street. Police said they smelled marijuana when they made the traffic stop. Vega was held and charged for that when police realized he was also wanted for a September 8th shooting, where Joshua Crutch was shot at 227 East Broad Street in the borough.
