A Hold-up. There is this customer who walks into a busy M-Pesa agency (mobile phone money transfer) with several tills, all serving clients. They queue patiently and get their chance to be served after a short while. But all hell breaks loose with everybody falling to the floor rolling madly when the client is told that they cannot be served if they cannot produce their ID or Passport. The client goes berserk shouting at the top of their voice; I have crimed my ID number and know it overhead. Why cant I be served? Do I look like a thief?
