A Kenosha man was arrested for his second drunken-driving offense Sunday evening after he crashed his motorcycle near the intersection of highways D and C. A Kenosha County Sheriff’s deputy stopped Monte L. Beaty, 48, near the intersection of highways U and C about 7 p.m., after he was spotted driving without a headlamp. The deputy then noticed the man, who was riding without a helmet, was covered with blood and had road rash on his face.
