A LECTURE ON CHARACTER INTERPRETATION: The thing about Character Interpretation is that its not about how much humor you put in it. What matters is the depth of connection that you can establish with the character. Its not about saying his/her movie lines or imitating his/her voice. These are just plus factors. And humor, its unnecessary if you have characters who are not humorous by nature in the first place. To be the character you want to interpret, you have to study all about him.
