A LETTER TO KCCA. Dear Mrs. Musisi, I as a concerned citizen of Kampala city can not help but notice that you have done a lot to make Kampala look as nice as it is now and I would like to thank you for your effort and encourage you to keep it up. I noticed that when you started this endeavor, Kampala city used to be so well lit up at night it was almost breathtaking. However, of late i can see that these city lights keep reducing day in day out. This discovery was quite alarming and I can assure you that it has not gone unnoticed. I cant help but wonder if KCCA has failed to pay their bills to UMEME.......but this cant be! I mean an establishment run by one as distinguished as yourself can never fail to pay its bills on time. I have therefore come to the conclusion that fellow citizens are probably stealing the bulbs from these our lights. Fear not, #UncleAleku has been in the same situation with the maid at home and he found a solution this problem now he no longer has to worry about bulbs missing. Please find attached the solution and i hope by tomorrow i will find people working on implementing this idea. yours sincerely, #UncleAleku.
