A LOT of people flip flopped on this, its partisanship at its best (or worst). but it had to be done. We pay these electors to VOTE and do their jobs, not to stand for hours reading us Dr. Seuss just so they can refrain from voting on a bill they know will pass anyway. I have no problem with it. If you dont see it as a partisan ploy, and you hate it or like it simply because your party does, then you may be partisan. I am disturbed over the people who are using this as some great governmental take over, when the GOP talked about doing the exact same thing when the Dems were holding up Bush nominees and appointments. Hence, Bush had more Executive actions than presidents before him. This country is being divided and split because of partisanship and it needs to end. One of the biggest offenders is the Tea Party and the GOP for allowing that faction to control their once great party.
