A Lanao CSO leader, Jamael Datudacula , will attend for us the 2nd Islam and Democracy Forum for 2014 on the topic, “Human Rights in Islam”. This forum aims to provide a discourse on human rights, both under Islamic law and as well as the Universal Declaration on Human Rights. For the 2nd Islam and Democracy Forum, host Phil Council for Islam and Democracy PCID is honoured by the presence of Hon. Loretta Ann P. Rosales, Commission on Human Rights of the Philippines’ Chairperson, as the keynote speaker. The forum will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2014, from 8:30AM to 11:30AM at the Multi-purpose Hall, 3rd floor of the Central Office of the Commission on Human Rights of the Philippines, SAAC Building, Commonwealth Avenue, UP Complex, Diliman, Quezon City.
