A Letter to the New Afghan President By: Spogmay Waziri Kakar Whoever wins, his first challenge will be to appropriately handle the losing candidate as well as his supporters. The new president has to assure the supporters of the losing candidate that he will govern for everyone, not just those who rallied behind him.
