A Lightning Bolt and Molten Gold There was something different about yesterday. As I entered our teaching space in the afternoon to do my personal practice before students arrived, something happened that I cant easily explain, but Im going to give it a try. As I lit the candles I started to cry and just let the tears flow. They felt healing and in no way painful, and in that moment I felt an incredibly strong presence of Georg and one of his friends who I know, but have not met in person yet. It was as though they came to sit with me for my practice and help me in some way. I let my practice unfold spontaneously and suddenly had a huge insight and in that moment I felt a lightning bolt enter my body followed by molten gold flowing through my veins! It was like I was being shocked (in a good way) with so much energy that it was oozing out of my pores. I taught for 6 hours straight with that feeling, wrote all night long and am still feeling that this AM! The only way I can explain it is I received an empowerment yesterday from two people who are hugely important to me. To those two amazing beings thank you doesnt cut it today, so Im heading to the meditation room and will dedicate my practice to both of you today. _/|\_
