A MEDITATION PRACTISE Step 2. Continue breathing comfortably focused on your breath. You can close your eyes or have a soft gaze all while sitting comfortably on a chair or in meditation pose with your legs crossed. Hands on your laps. Soooo, on the in breath, Huummm on the out breath. This helps you stay tuned to your breath while your mind remains free of thoughts. If you catch your mind wondering, gently acknowledge the thought and release it, visualizing a bird flying off from the grip of your hands. Return your focus to the space between thoughts. That space of pure awareness. Hold it there while you breath. THE BENEFITS ARE HUGE Stay tuned for Step 3.
