A MUST READ FOR ALL PEOPLE HOW BANKS ARE THREATENING . This is to inform you all that I have received a call from 8059779485 @ 1.36pm, claiming that I am Dy.Commissioner of Police saying that an arrest warrant has been issued in my name i.e. Vijay Kumar Vani S/o CV Pentaiah and asking me to come down to Police Station within one hr else Police will come and arrest me under Section 07714/IPC/138&420. When I asked what is the reason and who has claimed the complaint he has given one Mr.Anand Krishna Murthy # 09582618152 and saying that I have taken a loan from APSFC. I had informed to Officer that I had not taken any loan and still he is insisting me to call Anand Krishna Murthy and get back to me for which I agreed. Immediately I called Anand Krishna Murthy and asked him about the details, he said that you have taken a loan from Axis Bank for which an amount of Rs.10000/- is outstanding and you are not responding. Then I said yes I have taken a loan and all EMIs are cleared you can check with your bank. Immediately I called Dy.Commissioner of Police (so called) and informed the status and agreed. Later I called Axis Bank Customer Customer Care Mr.Asghar from Loan Department and taken all the details, the details are as below. When I have given my identification, I too agree that I have taken a loan of Rs.185000/- for which all EMIs are cleared and one EMI is pending i.e. Rs.5879/- for which against the Loan Account No.PP0080100094324 and informed that I had already sent a Bank Statement for the letter received from your Chennai Office. I also informed him about the above Police call and he informed that we do not have any information regarding that all. My pending EMI is May 2005 and after that no phone I have received. After this I had called the Fake Dy.Commissioner of Police (so called) and he is not picking the phone and I even tried the Advocate Anand Krishna Murthy he too not picking the calls. Immediately I sent an message saying that I would be filing a complaint against you in Balanagar Police Station against you and your bank and they were not bothered to revert or pick the call for my phones. So I am alarming all the Citizens that now a days all Banks are trying to threaten even in this kind also. My issue is if it is pertains to old person who is carrying diabetics, what would be the situations and how he would feel. Shame on Axis Bank Staff. In future do not try to fool somebody in this manner. However tomorrow I am giving a complaint in Balanagar PS claiming this issue with the above telephone numbers.
