A MUST READ!!! This is to bring to your notice that there is a new technique being used by armed robbers, car hijackers and Kidnappers to cover their paths and to escape from being arrested. I was just informed by a friend that criminals and kidnappers are now collecting used recharge cards. And once they pick their targeted person, or abandon the hijacked cars or they dump the dead bodies of their victims. The next is that they leave the already used recharge/scratch cards at the crime scene. When the police arrive, they pick the used recharge/scratch cards and through the serial number on it they track on which phone number it was loaded; and they start tracking the owner of the phone number for arrest. Already, two people who have fallen victim of this evil act are now in Kiri-kiri prison awaiting trial. To be on the safest side, pls,once you load your airtime, make sure you destroy the recharge/scratch card properly before you dispose it to avoid this kind of trouble caused by these undesirable elements in our society.
