A Major and Historical Undertaking The entire world of Nations - TopicsExpress

A Major and Historical Undertaking The entire world of Nations is transforming. It is experiencing the most outstanding historical event that has ever occurred in the history of mankind. They joined hands in a global joint venture partnership where all partners cooperate according to their capacity. The subsequent effect is that many new environmental opportunities have arisen which require transformational thinking and leadership. CPRSX recognizes these opportunities and the positive impacts on society, commerce, cross border trade and indigenous inclusiveness. It also appreciates the ‘tree related’ commercial opportunities that are specific to the Philippines if connected to the positive actions and laws enacted by Australia. This is particularly so with Australia’s commitment to carbon emissions market trading and its ‘cap and trade’ strategies Forestry is the most important weapon to combat carbon emissions and climate change, yet we must continue to clear land to make way for housing and food production to sustain the earth’s growing population. After 6 years of dedicated research and analysis, CPRSX developed a REDD and REDD+ compliant ‘Action Plan’ like no other. Particular circumstances exist in Australian and Philippines laws and their climate change action plans, which offer new opportunities for both countries to work in a joint venture partnership for common benefit while mitigating carbon emissions. The basis for the CPRSX Action Plan followed Australia’s ratification of the Kyoto Protocol in 2007 and the new laws Australia introduced to combat carbon emissions and climate change. Importantly, Australia introduced new laws and policies forcing Australian businesses and citizens, to pay a price for every tone of carbon pollution they emit into the atmosphere, by buying Carbon Permits. The price from July 2015 is $AUD $23.00 per tonne, or 922 Pesos per tonne; ever year. Australia also introduced ‘monitoring laws’ to make sure every business pays the correct amount every year. Our carbon Emissions inspectors have the power to enter any business premises and to make random audit of their carbon emissions. Every Carbon Permit is equal to one tonne of carbon emissions. Australia must open a Carbon Emissions Trading Market by July 2015, where carbon permits can be bought and sold. CPRSX successfully applied for Australian license to open, make and operate the carbon Emissions Trading Market. CPRSX also applied for the license to transfer Carbon Permits from the Seller to the Buyer through Australia’s Clean Energy Regulator (they register title and ownership of the permits). CPRSX also created a Carbon Sequestration Forestry Rights Pool in December 2007, in a joint venture partnership with Filipino and Malaysian landowners who own forested land with large amounts of trees. The laws require that 25% of the income from the sale of Carbon Permits must be used to finance new businesses and technology, which will reduces Carbon Emissions. Therefore, CPRSX developed many new business and manufacturing concepts, all of which can and should be established in the Philippines. This will offer new employment opportunities for Filipinos. The balance of the net sales revenue is shared between the landowners and CPRSX management and its foundation members. The new laws also require that developed countries work in partnership with developing countries like the Philippines, to assist each other and to reduce carbon emissions. That is why the CPRSX action plan is a perfect ‘marriage’ between Australia and the Philippines landowners. CPRSX wishes to invest all net sales income in the Philippines in the new business strategies. CPRSX made an offer to buy the Diamond Resort and Hotel in Lucena City, to establish its headquarters there.
