A Message from Artistic Director Lauren Caldwell: I just have to say BRAVO to Tom Anderson, Jessica Layne Hurov, Alisha Kinman, Michael A Eaddy and our great interns for working on one of the most exciting projects I have seen in a long time. The artistic side of the theatre is always creating and building...... but with the leadership and Tom Andersons vision, the administrative and development and marketing side of the theatre are creating the most exciting projects. It fills me with pride to work with these people. It will remain a mystery to the public until the details are released. It is quite exciting. Huge growth and vision only happen with brave people interested in BIG STEPS. Survival and status quo is for the empty souled artists who are content with getting by. Tom Anderson does not embrace this theory. He has big visions that are unique and are capable of taking the Hippodrome to places only dreamed about. Gainesville will be on the map for more than just the Gator Nation (love those gators).
