A Multinational FMCG is currently Hiring Export Customer Service Specialist- Cairo Branch-Job Purpose-Improve operational performance and customer satisfaction-Job description-• Preparing an order format for all International orders with required details such as (Sap Codes, S Codes, Description, Price, Quantity and payment terms) – International.• Calculating the weight & volume of the orders according to container capacities• Checking stocks availability with Egypt and International production department• Adjusting the orders, in case of promotions; consumer promotion & trade promotion or any special discount as per requested by the regional managers.• Reviewing daily loading plan for International with the operation department which includes• Responsible for the communication between Egypt Export department & Turkey’s operation department, to follow up orders, production, shipment, product availability, payment & Documents status..etc• Monthly closing by Countries Value & Product Value– InternationalDesired Skills and Experience• Bachelor of commerce Graduate.• Experience : 1-3 years.• Fluent English• Ms. Office skills -How to Apply -Please apply online at the below Link-evyap.eg-Or send your CV with a Recent photo to ([email protected])
