A NEW DIMENSION IN THE MIDDLE EAST CONFLICT World War III on cards: The Al-Qaeda Splinter group led by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi as the Caliph of the Islamic State of Iraq has been declared, reports Associated Press few minutes ago. This has created a conflict between the Shias and the militant segment of the Sunnis in the region headed towards further clashes in Syria and Iraq.
