A NEW RAISED BED! I finished one of the new raised bed rows yesterday. I have a section of the garden (section 2) that consists of 7 beds/rows and ends in the 8th row being grapevines. This section is just a tad lower and sometimes holds water. I plan to raise all the beds over time but got this one done this year for garlic planting. The old metal is from a neighbors barn that she tore down, the wood scraps from a friend who owns a tree service, the dead grass from my own clippings pile and the very aged goat poop from another friends field. I am so excited about this new garden row! 6 more to do in the next couple of years but 1 down! Now to plant garlic.
