The Room® Abu Dhabi opens in September At Zayed Sport City, near the entrance to the International Tennis Centre Building, you will see teams working hard to create a new space of wellness and life for you! This space is called THE ROOM ABU DHABI. And this will probably be your next place-to-be from September 1st! From Spinning® to Yoga. From Boot Camp to Core Training. With health and happiness! THE ROOM Abu Dhabi consists of different wellness and group lesson studios with numerous group classes, private as well as semi-private classes for everybody. All classes are carefully created or selected for you and will be taught by amazing instructors. We take pride in our CARE TEAM and how professional, well-trained and caring the whole “THE ROOM Abu Dhabi team” is when it comes down to your fitness and well-being. And your instructors are important part of your CARE TEAM. THE ROOM ABU DHABI will open in September with several hours of different group classes for you. From Spinning® to Yoga, from Boot Camp to Core training, Zumba, or other trendy classes and all in 3 large specialized studios. If you tell us what your goal of joining THE ROOM Abu Dhabi is (any goal is welcome - running a marathon in 6 months or losing weight before your holiday or facilitating a higher quality of life, just name it!), our highly qualified professional instructors will ensure that you reach your goals in the fastest and most effective way possible. Wonderful World for World’s Wonders – Kids’ Activities The concept designers of THE ROOM Abu Dhabi have kids of different ages. Most of the CARE TEAM members too! So we learn from each other when it comes down to our kids and we really care about all kids’ well-being! Kids’ activities in THE ROOM Abu Dhabi are extensive. All throughout the year (except school holidays) you will find regular classes designed by fitness experts for your kid’s age. You will enjoy your own training while your kid is having fun with the new friends! And no worries! We keep an eye on your kid while you train! Meet friends old and new..
