Psychologyst said No No.....The absolute weight depends on how long can I holditIf I hold it for a minute ...Its Not a Problem.....If I hold it for a hour an ache in wrist /, armif the whole day my arm may paralysed.In eVERY case the weight of the glSSS IS DIFFERENT SINCE HAD THE DIFFERENCE EFFECT ON THE BODY.......the same is the stress.. TILL HOW LONG U CARRY & IT EFFECTS U DIFFERENTLY BIOLOGICALLY.......
