• A Personal Address From Chairman Li to the Market - October 2013 The October results are in and I would like to firstly express my heartfelt appreciation for all your hard work! Let us together applaud the regions who have shown outstanding results : The China and Central Asia Regions achieved ultra-high sales! Achieving ultra-high sales seems to be a norm for the China Region and led by President Bai Ping, the China team has developed very practical and solid work attitudes and methods as its foundation to success; the Central Asia Region achieved its sd above! I truly hope that you will continue your relentless efforts and persevere in achieving even greater success! I also sincerely hope that the other Regional teams will endeavor to catch up through employing solid and practical work methods, closer team co-operation, tireless efforts and persevering to enjoy early harvest of your own success ! We live to solve problems and this makes our lives meaningful and fruitful. To face up to the problem squarely is often the best way to solve the problem. There are two more months remaining in 2013, and each terling results through close team co-operation and tireless efforts all around, creating a historic sales record. Unremitting efforts, intimate market co-operation and solid work attitudes and methods are common characteristics that guarantee they reap the fruits of success! The Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan branches of the Central Asia Region also ultra-high sales and it is due mainly to the hard work, dedication and indomitable spirit of the Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan management team that made it so! Once again, I salute the outstanding performers mentioned. Region must make full use of the time left to ensure complete success of the implementation of the Superb Plan, we must believe 100% in the Superb Plan and undertake to secure 100% response to the Superb Plan through 100% in its successful implementation of outreach programs – this will be our guarantee to a successful harvest! I have full faith and confidence that under the leadership of President Bai Ping and the close co-operative efforts of the Global Direct Selling Division team, Tiens can and will certainly succeed!
