A Positive Thought From Pastor Roger… Our Savior, Jesus Christ, was despised and rejected by men, many sorrows and grief were placed upon Him and even we hid from him and rejected Him until the day of our repentance and accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior. He bore all our sins, grief, sorrows, pains, and afflictions. We thought He was smitten by God, but He willing suffered for each of us so we might have Salvation today through Him! Isaiah 53:3-4 “He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted.”
