A Protester in red helmet was kicked and trampled for at least 5 times During the two violent clashes in Mongkok last night, the Apple Daily received a 5-min video from a resident in the area, which reveals unlawful battering of citizens again! In the video, there were large groups of protesters and policemen at the junction of Argyle Street and Portland Street. A protester wearing red helmet and goggles was at the frontline with several others. He stretched his arms to separate policemen and protesters. However, a large number of policemen pushed toward the protesters until they were trapped at the supply station. The protester in helmet was pushed to the ground and rescued by other protesters. The protester in helmet was soon pushed down by policemen again. He was then kicked and trampled by the policemen. During which his helmet was kicked away. Afterwards, a man in white shirt, believed to be an inspector, pulled the man from his back for at least 4 metres. The inspector fell down with the protester. Around 10 policemen then pushed the protester to the ground. Another protester wearing glasses was slapped by a policeman after he raised both of his hands in the air.
