GM, Catering Services- Achievement of budgeted food sales.Completion of Customer Follow-up calls on a timely basis.Timely analysis of Catering Prices in relation to competition. Participation and input towards F&B Marketing activities.Entertainment of potential and existing customers. Preparation of Sales Promotions & Mailings.Competitive analysis every six months by calling competition and gathering data such as banquet kits, room rental rates, etc Telemarketing to previous clients to inquire about possible future bookings. 2.GM, Cafeteria Operations- Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the business, formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources,personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits. 3. Production Manager- Producing quality food products on schedule is the main goal of a food production manager needs to be aware of every customers needs and be competent to adjust schedules to fulfill them, personnel duties include managing and motivating crews, sometimes on multiple shifts, expected to interact with sales and marketing staffers to anticipate demands for newly introduced or seasonal food products. Ensuring that the production equipment is regularly maintained is one of her job duties. 4. Production Supervisors- food production supervisors oversee the daily operations of food processing to ensure that production meets health, sanitation, and quality standards set by the company, food industry, and government agencies. Responsible for coordinating shifts, arranging schedules, and monitoring employee performance. 5.Sales Supervisors- Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of daily sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a products,Recommends changes to current inside sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques.Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.
